Kellie
Kellie Martin is an American film and television actress most well-known for her performances in the roles of Christy Huddleston in the period drama series "Christy Christy', Rebecca Thatcher in the Life Goes On, a family-oriented drama as well as Lucy Knight in the medical drama "ER". In addition, she is well-known as the lead in her own Hailey Dean Mystery television series. Martin, the daughter of a department store buyer and kindergarten teacher, began her career in acting when she was seven, when her aunt who served as the nanny of actor Michael Landon's children assisted Martin land a role in 1983's show "Father Murphy". Following her graduation at Yale University she began to take acting seriously, landing roles on both the smaller screen as well as on the big. Martin, who is an actress and a skilled photographer and dancer, has been in the industry for over 20 years. Two daughters are hers, she's the Lupus representative and promotes awareness about the condition each day following the passing of her sister, who was age 19.
